Bryan graduated from Singapore Management University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019.
Bryan mainly assists brand owners from various industries, such as retail, pharmaceuticals, engineering and travel, in management and prosecution of their trade mark portfolios, as well as commercialization of their intellectual property rights, in Asia and beyond.
On the contentious side of intellectual property, Bryan is actively involved in IP enforcement matters at the Registry-level, such as opposition, invalidation and revocation proceedings. Bryan has also assisted in intellectual property disputes before the High Court which involve novel issues in the areas of trade mark and copyright infringement, as well as passing-off.
Bryan is keen to value-add beyond the intellectual property field and has experience in corporate and commercial matters, such as the drafting and reviewing of distribution, licensing, franchising and shareholder agreements.
