During the course of her master’s program, she published two international articles on cyber law and wrote a chapter in a book titled “Regulatory Aspects of Artificial Intelligence on Blockchain”. Her curiosity and love for research are evident in her academic achievements.

Dhiviya’s Intellectual Property (IP) work experience includes the handling of trade mark and copyright prosecution matters. She has also given talks and webinars on various topics relating to IP demonstrating her strong communication and presentation skills.

In her past role as a Legal Specialist in an American multi-national conglomerate, she was involved in reviewing and drafting various agreements and contracts, providing peer training and handling compliance-related matters. Her dedication and willingness to help others have allowed her to win awards in her past role for going above and beyond in providing support for the organisation. Since joining Ella Cheong, she has focussed on regional prosecution matters.

Dhiviya is not only driven to learn but also enjoys networking and building relationships with colleagues and clients alike. She is always looking for new opportunities to expand her knowledge and expertise.

Dhiviya speaks fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and Tamil.

In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, listening to music and travelling around the world. She aspires to travel to every part of the world and is always looking forward to the next trip.
