Yuhui has experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property (IP) issues, such as trademark disputes, copyright and design infringements, domain name dispute resolution, and commercial contracts including franchising agreements. The clients that Yuhui has worked with range from MNCs to individuals in the technology, fashion, hospitality, entertainment and education sectors, among others.

Apart from her current IP work, Yuhui has had experience assisting on matters in diverse practice areas such as company law, insolvency law, general litigation, family law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Outside of legal practice, Yuhui enjoys photography and music.
