Nadhirah graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2019. Fascinated with the law of Intellectual Property (IP) since her varsity days, Nadhirah subsequently chambered at a full-fledged IP law firm and spent her pupillage days assisting clients, which consisted of multinational fashion companies, global healthcare providers, and highly regarded institutions in Malaysia, in various IP infringement, franchising, and licensing matters. Nadhirah was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2021.
Prior to joining Ella Cheong IP Services, Nadhirah worked as an IP Executive at a full-service law firm specialising in IP and Technology Law, where she gained invaluable exposure to IP prosecution.
Nadhirah specialises in devising trade mark prosecution strategies and is equipped with experience in providing consultancy in the fields of trade mark filing and prosecution, trade mark availability searches and registrability opinions, responses to registry objections, and trade mark oppositions.
Aside from her ardent passion for IP law, Nadhirah is an advocate of healthy work-life balance and will either be seen with a good book in her hand or lifting weights at the gym after working hours.
