She is a Legal Associate at Ella Cheong LLC, focussing on contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters as well as personal data protection matters.

Rachel experienced in assisting brand owners with the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights as well as managing portfolios. Additionally, Rachel has also been involved in corporate and commercial matters, including contractual drafting for intellectual property assignments and licensing as well as corporate secretarial matters and drafting of personal data policies.

Rachel did her training at Ella Cheong and prior to joining the firm, she interned in-house, focussing on trademarks, patents and personal data protection.

Rachel enjoys creating bead jewellery and painting in her free time.
