Cedric holds a law degree from Peking University and has been a trade mark practitioner for over 20 years, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters and offering versatile and pragmatic solutions to trade mark owners in relation to their global portfolios, especially in South-East Asia and Greater China. Cedric’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of brand protection, including portfolio strategy and management, availability reviews, prosecution initiation and execution plans, and agent network management and oversight. His work regularly integrates other aspects of IP including registered designs, copyright, and domain names, as part of the wholistic support necessitated by the continually evolving challenges faced by IP owners.
